No Refund Policy:

All coaching services and programs purchased from Yaminah Mitchell LLC dba Healing Is Work Coaching (“Company”) are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it is deemed final, and no returns or refunds will be provided. As a Client, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible, irrevocable goods such as coaching, dance sessions, or programs, which do not qualify for a refund.

It is your responsibility to fully understand and agree to these terms at the time of purchase.

Agreement to Terms:

By purchasing coaching services or participating in any program provided by the Company, you (“Client”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.

Coaching Services:

The Company provides one-on-one coaching, group coaching, virtual dance sessions, and related services (“Coaching Services”). Coaching aims to assist in achieving personal development, but outcomes depend on the Client's participation and efforts. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel services as needed.

Payment and Refund Policy:

Payments for services must be made in full, or as agreed upon in a payment plan, prior to the commencement of any program. Pay-in-full bonuses apply only when full payment is made upfront in one transaction.

Refund Policy: All coaching services, programs, and related purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any services, you acknowledge and agree that once services have commenced, no refunds will be issued. In the event of cancellation before services begin, the Company may offer a refund at its discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule coaching sessions. Missed sessions without prior notice or rescheduling may not be rebooked. The Company also reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be notified promptly if such changes occur.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties, except as required by law. The Company takes confidentiality seriously and will uphold client privacy to the highest standards.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are expected to fully engage with the coaching process, which includes completing assignments and maintaining regular communication. Success in coaching depends on your dedication and active participation.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results from the Client’s participation in any coaching services. The Client acknowledges full responsibility for their progress and results.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is legally registered.

Restrictions:

The contents of this website and all related content under Healing Is Work Coaching (collectively referred to as “Sites”) are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the intellectual property of Yaminah Mitchell LLC. Unless otherwise specified, materials on the Sites are available for personal, non-commercial use by clients who have paid in full for services and programs.

You are not permitted to modify, adapt, copy, distribute, display, transmit, or exploit for commercial purposes any material from these Sites without express written permission from Yaminah Mitchell or other respective owners of intellectual property on the Sites.
